A quick guide to share meeting notes

Overview

Share meeting notes are available to free and premium users of Instaminutes. Share meeting notes feature allows users to share the meeting notes with other participants. On successful summarization, the meeting notes get shared by email.

Prerequisites

Summarize meeting notes with Instaminutes

Instaminutes help users to summarize meetings into concise notes.

There are three ways to summarize your meetings

1. By uploading recorded meeting audio

2. Recording live meeting

3. Automatically, integrate meeting tools like Zoom & get summarized notes.

Step1: Login using your Gmail

Step2: Click the “+New Instanote” button

Login to your Instaminutes dashboard, Press the +New Instanote button to choose one method.

Step3: Choose “Record” to record live meetings & click Start Recording.

Step4: Or Choose “Upload” to upload recorded meeting audio.

Share Meeting Notes

After the meeting gets over or audio is uploaded, click summarize. Instaminutes AI model starts summarization in the background.

Step1: In the meantime, Write a title for your meeting.

Step2: Add attendees by adding their email addresses to share summarized meeting notes with them.

Step3: It may take 2-3 minutes to complete the summarization, depending on the length of the meeting.

Step4: Instaminutes will email the meeting notes once the meeting notes get prepared. You can also access meeting notes on the dashboard.

Useful tips

  1. Write meeting notes while you still remember them.
  2. Include only facts and decisions.
  3. Note action items.
  4. Listen more, summarize later or use the automated meeting notes tool (Use plugin).
  5. Share with participants.
